Digitally Creativewas founded in 1997 and works together with the Sandford Group - a family based publishing/communications company. Stephen Sandford and Janet Poirier-Sandford own and operate Digitally Creative and work in concert with the Sandford Group on various internet, multimedia and print development projects. Digitally Creative and the Sanford Group lease and operate mulitiple web servers in various cities - internet services include: design, programming, hosting, seo consulting and domain name registration services.

The Sandford Group was started by David Sandford Sr in 1987 by acquiring a few small trade market print publications. While David Sandford Sr is now retired - the Sandford Group is now run by his sons - of which Dave Sandford Jr holds the title of President. In addition to its own trade publication, the Sandford Group has marketed design/production services to a number of outside publications - this design/production work in print, internet and multimedia is exclusively handled by Digitally Creative. The business relationship between the Sandford Group and Digitally Creative has created a unique partnership that provides stability to both companies.

Stephen Sandford personally has over 20 years experience working in the professional print design/production industry, 11 years experience working in the internet development industry for design and programming, as well as 5 years working in multimedia development with audio and video.
