Email Service Issues
   
  In-coming e-mail failure.
Failures of this system is not very frequent, as the system is very stable. If a failure occurs wait for 2-6 hours, as the condition is more than likely temporary. If it lasts longer - please call us or Submit a Support Ticket.
   
  Other problems can occur that have nothing to do with our system.
For example, your site may not load due to your Internet connection. Try and go to another web site that you have never been to before, if you cannot go there either, it is your internet connection and has nothing to do with the server hosting your site.
   
  How can I access my web based email?
You access your web based email on our system by going to www.yourwebsite.com/webmail - then use the user name and password that you were given when you signed up. For security reasons we do not publish this information online - if you have forgot your access information - please give us a call.
   
  Can I set up an auto responder for my email if I go on vacation?
Yes - this can be done through your control panel - or you can call us and we will be happy to do it for you.
   
  Can I create Alias's of various names for my email address?
Yes - this can be done through your control panel - or you can call us and we will be happy to do it for you.
   
  Can I set up a forwarded email on the servers end?
Yes - this can be done through your control panel - or you can call us and we will be happy to do it for you.
   
  Do you provide SMTP outgoing email service?
It can be set up - but - with the way access providers like ROGERS and SYMPATICO (or other cable, telephone or satellite companies) do things - it is better if you use your internet access provider to send email - and use our service to receive email.
